About Graham:

I bring over 40 years’ experience of the construction industry to Cooper & Hall, having worked in a variety of QS roles, which has given me great insight into the challenges faced by all parties throughout the supply chain.

My specialist skills include quantity surveying, contracts management, dispute resolution, financial recovery in post-contract work and contractual problem-solving for a diverse range of clients.

I am equally adept at supporting main and specialist contractors, and private clients.
