Profile: Phil Cooper (Co-founder)

About Phil: Since starting the business with Graham Hall in 2002, I have been responsible for assisting clients in the engineering and construction industries with a range of hands-on services.

I am able to call on more than 20 years’ experience in the structural engineering and cladding industries to give practical advice on construction planning and programming, and project management.

In addition, working with insolvency practitioners for over ten years – providing commercial, contractual and surveying services – has helped them maximise debt recoveries in construction insolvencies.

High-profile projects on my CV include Canary Wharf and Drax Power Station. I also manage the day-to-day running of the business, including responsibility for health and safety.
