The Client: The liquidator of a small electrical contractor appointed Cooper & Hall.
Our Role: The liquidator had used another quantity surveying practice to assist him with this insolvency but after 18 months was dissatisfied with levels of service and recoveries achieved. Cooper & Hall conducted a full review of the case then contacted all remaining debtors.
The Outcome: Over six months Cooper & Hall established which debtors had valid set-off claims against the company and which did not, resulting in further realisations of over £20,000.
