Cooper & Hall’s Latest Conservation Commission

We are proud to be working with MAP Charity, an alternative education provider based in Mabgate in Leeds, acting on their behalf as quantity surveyors and contract administrators to refurbish its existing, historic home – Hope Foundry. 

The conservation project, supported by funding from the European Regional Development Fund and Leeds City Council, will breathe new life into the Grade II listed building.

The Workspace Project will see the first and second floors of Hope House & Hope Foundry refurbished, bringing vacant and under-utilised space back into use. The refurbishment will deliver a positive and collaborative environment; a mixture of workspaces with access to communal kitchens and breakout spaces will be created for creatives and SME’s to rent at market rates.
