Newsfeed: Sam’s Our Man

Sam Whitehouse is the latest recruit to be welcomed into the Cooper & Hall team.

The 26-year-old, who has a degree in Ancient History and a Masters in Creative Writing, has started another chapter in his career by studying for an MSc in Quantity Surveying.

The former Harrogate Grammar School student said: “The work is incredibly varied. I’ve been involved in projects for clients in Sheffield, Leeds and Hampshire.”

C&H Managing Director Phil Cooper said Sam’s arrival reflected the recent boom in the construction industry, which meant extra work for the business.

Added Phil: “I’m pleased that we are able to offer career opportunities to young people like Sam, and, once with us, they will receive both practical and theoretical experience.”
