Profile: Nick McGuire

What I bring to Cooper & Hall:

I have a sound knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts, having spent more than eight years as a main contractor’s surveyor in traditional post-contract roles.

I have experience in numerous sectors including education, healthcare, leisure and recently onshore and offshore power generation in both the UK and Europe.

In addition to the traditional post-contracting role, I have experience in both procurement and tendering and have, through further study, a good knowledge of adjudication and arbitration processes.
