Cooper & Hall were appointed Quantity Surveyors for the first phase of the overall refurbishment of the swimming pool. This involved an initial cost plan, preparing tender documents and reviewing returned bids. The project included the removal and replacement of a slate roof with a mixture of new slates and those salvaged from the roof.
Because the ratio of new to recovered material used to complete the new roof could vary, C&H provided a range of estimates taking this into account to provide the client with transparent costings for the project.
